About Our Services

HowAxa provides processing and drying services for lemongrass and pandan leaves from our facility in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. We serve restaurants, food manufacturers, and retail customers with high-quality dried herbs.

Ordering and Payment

When placing an order:

  • All orders require written confirmation via email or signed purchase order
  • Minimum order quantities apply for wholesale customers
  • Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs and seasonality
  • Payment terms are net 30 days for established commercial customers
  • New customers may be required to pay in advance or provide credit references

Product Quality and Standards

We maintain strict quality control standards:

  • All products are processed in our HACCP-certified facility
  • Moisture content is controlled to ensure optimal shelf life
  • Products are tested for quality and safety before shipment
  • We provide certificates of analysis upon request

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery terms and conditions:

  • Standard processing time is 5-7 business days from order confirmation
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and delivery speed
  • Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to carrier
  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed
  • International orders may require additional documentation

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our food products:

  • Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products
  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Products must be in original packaging and unopened
  • We reserve the right to inspect returned products
  • Refunds or replacements will be provided for valid claims

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is owned by HowAxa and protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

HowAxa's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from product use or website access.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.
